Obv. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Tacitus to the right. IMP C M CL TACITVS AVG.
Rv. Roma seated on a throne to the left, holding Victory with a wreath in the outstretched right hand, and a long scepter in the left hand. An oval shield rests against the throne. ROMAE A -ET - ERNAE around. Blank exergue.
